did you have anyone who influenced you to bb? 
when did you start?

I moved to Puerto Rico when I was 11 years old that's when I learned about the ocean, my first trip was when I was 16 years old, I'm 34 years old now so I've been involved in the sport for a long time.
have you ever been into competitive bb (bodyboarding)? 

I was in many competitions that I placed in,  I'm not really interested to show that I'm better thank others, I wanted to concentrate more in traveling , and surpass my own limitations in big waves.

whats inspires you to bb all these years?

I love adventure and bodyboarding has offered me so much, may be not so much in the material sense but tons of good experiences and more than anything I've been able to appreciate nature at it out most expression.

what is your most memorable bb session  ever? 

It's hard to answer that, because in all of my travels there are good moments, but one of my bests has to be Puerto Escondido, Mex 2001, a day with intense 15 to 20 ft  waves. I caught the most intense barrels of my life.


what are some of the places you have visited to bb? 

Mexico, Hawaii, all of the Caribbean , Spain, Central America, USA, Indonesia, japan, mentawaii, Polynesia, Philippine islands…

favorite wave in the word?

mentawaii

your scariest moment in the water?

There has been so many without a doubt, one of the worst was in Mexico when a 20ft wave got me and left me so tired till I was unconscious, I give thanks to god for giving me the opportunity to live another day.

How important are family values to you ? 

I believe is very important to grow up in a close family circle with good values, that makes us to be just and to have good values for yourself and with the rest of the people you come in contact with, makes us better people , and that makes a better world.
what makes a perfect day for you?

To have fun in a healthy way,  good friends, appreciate the environment and to live in peace is my passion.

I like both but my strongest is the rights.


who many bb do you own?
 Only two

what are some of your other interest? 

I just finished a tv show about self help which is about to come out, I love to read, technology, any type of extreme sport and a lot more (laughs)


could you communicate the bb experience to someone that doesn't surf or bb?

Its hard to explain the feelings that it gives you, you can feel the power of nature, bodyboarding is a tool to try to control the energy that the ocean has through the waves.  Bodyboarding has taught me to control emotions and to know how to think in difficult situations, overcome my personal limits and more.

what is some advice about bb just starting?
The advise is simple , discipline, consistence, infinite interest,passion and to give your self to it.
