Luke "THE DINGO" Trembath

Luke Trembath "THE DINGO" is a snowboarder, and sports media super star. He has done it all from an early age.  Some of the things he has been involved in are, Competitive snowboaridng, TV,Radio and MC of some of the most important snowboard events in the world. He is also part owner of Grenade Clothing with Olympic Snowboarder and medalist Danny Kass. The Dingo is full of ideas and makes them happen.

Who got you into snowboarding? my dad

Snowboarding has brought you to where you are now, co-owner of grenade, radio host, event announcer and you have a TV show on fuel, when did you realize that this is the path you were going to take?

Pretty young I knew i wasn't going to be the next Danny Kass or Travis Rice so I started going after other things like the mic and TV shows. I hosted the my first US Open when I was 17 and pitched my first TV show that year! I didn't know where it would take me but I went for it!

Are you guys doing a Adventures of Danny and the Dingo 6? 
There are 5 seasons of his TV show!
No we finished at 5 and working on new ideas now.

How and when did you guys come up with that idea for show?
I met these guys that were involved with Jack Ass, told them the idea me and Danny had the grenade strikes back tour coming up we filmed it! sold it to Fuel TV boom.........

Favorite mountain to ride? 
Mammoth and Park City

Will you be announcing in Vail now that the snowboard US open will be there? 
Most likely not it has been a few year since I have worked with Burton maybe one day down the road again

Jib lines in the park or powder runs in the trees? 
powder in the trees always

How was your summer?were you able to surf a lot this summer?
great summer, got a new house in Malibu with my girlfriend Sable! loving it in the water everyday

Your thoughts on skimboarding? Have you tried it?
never tried it, saw a guy on beach the other day, making it look some what cool. I'm open to anything.

What shape or surfboard do you ride? 
short board

What other sports are you into? I love NBA and now NFL too, whats happening to me!?? love skateboarding, BMX all the ogs!!

How long have you lived in the US? Do you ever see yourself moving back to Australia
going on 12 years, got my green card 2 years ago, not anytime soon!

Your best attribute?
probably grenade! its has been a long and hard bumpy road! one big life lesson!!

Bests day of riding? (snowboarding) 
Alaska heli boarding with friends!
 
Worst wipe out? 
had a couple! Northstar Tahoe filming for video gangs over shot 70ft jump completely missed landing tore all ligaments in ankle and some

You hang out with a lot of rappers, can you rap? And if yes….give us a rhyme!hahahahahah no I can not rap

Best advice you have gotten?
be yourself don't try and be something you are not!

Future projects for the end of 2012 and 2013?
lots of radio shooting a new show with David Arquette next week on graffiti should be fun.
